Viking Unleashes Goal Fest in Stavanger Against Valerenga
Stavanger, Norway – The Lyse Arena witnessed a resounding victory for Viking over Valerenga in a match full of emotions and goals. From the opening whistle, Viking demonstrated their superiority, opening the scoring in the 10th minute with a goal by E. Austbo assisted by G. Stensness. The home pressure continued, and M. Roseth extended the lead in the 15th minute, thanks to an assist from Z. Tripic.
Valerenga tried to react, but encountered a solid defense and a relentless Viking attack. The first half culminated with a penalty converted by Z. Tripic just before halftime, making it 3 to 0.
In the second half, E. Hagen narrowed the gap for Valerenga in the 50th minute, with an assist from V. Hedenstad, but the visitors’ joy was short-lived. K.
