Racing Club Edges Out Estudiantes LP in Thrilling Match
Avellaneda, Argentina – Racing Club defeated Estudiantes de La Plata 5-4 in a thrilling match at the Estadio Presidente Juan Domingo Perón. The game, part of the 24th round of the 2024 Argentine Professional League’s second phase, was characterized by high intensity and goals from both sides.
Estudiantes took an early lead with a goal from Boselli in the 3rd minute, assisted by Sosa. However, Racing quickly responded. Salas scored a penalty in the 22nd minute, followed by a goal from Solari in the 37th minute, assisted by Martirena Torres. An own goal by Colombo in the 51st minute put Racing 3-1 ahead.
