Chişinău witnessed a commanding performance from Israel, resulting in a clear victory over Moldova in their World Cup Qualification match. The game, played at Stadionul Zimbru, ended with a comfortable win for the Israeli side, who dominated both possession (57%) and goal-scoring opportunities.
David Peretz opened the scoring in the 15th minute, assisted by Manor Solomon, who then extended the lead in the 35th minute thanks to a pass from Dan Biton. In the second half, Tai Baribo all but sealed the victory in the 59th minute, assisted by Eli Dasa. Oscar Gloukh completed the rout in the 77th minute, assisted by Yarin Shua.
While Moldova attempted to respond, their efforts were insufficient to counteract Israel’s offensive prowess.
