Sharjah FC Edges Out Al Urooba with a Lone Goal in Dibba Al Fujairah
Sharjah FC secured a 1-0 victory over Al Urooba at the Dibba Stadium in Dibba Al Fujairah, in a Pro League match corresponding to round 18 of the 2024 season. The game, played on February 28th, 2025, was characterized by Sharjah FC’s dominance in possession (79% to Al Urooba’s 21%) and goal-scoring opportunities (15 shots to 2).
Despite Sharjah FC’s overwhelming control, the winning goal didn’t arrive until the 77th minute, courtesy of Caio Lucas, who capitalized on an assist from Khaled Ebraheim to beat the opposing goalkeeper.
