AC Milan Dominates Lecce at the Giuseppe Meazza
Milan, Italy – AC Milan convincingly defeated Lecce in a match held at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in the Coppa Italia. The game, officiated by Paride Tremolada, was characterized by Milan’s absolute dominance in ball possession (77% compared to Lecce’s 23%) and the number of goal-scoring opportunities.
The first blow came early, at 20 minutes, when S. Gimenez opened the scoring for Milan after an assist from D. Bartesaghi. Previously, Lecce had suffered a harsh setback with the expulsion of J.
