Tigre crushes Unión Santa Fe in a thrilling match
San Fernando, Argentina – Tigre showed their dominance at home, crushing Unión Santa Fe 5-1 in a thrilling match of the Argentine Professional League.
The local team dominated the game from the start and opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a goal by F. Monzón, assisted by M. Ortega. Monzón scored again before halftime (45′), this time with an assist from G. Maroni, to extend the lead.
The beginning of the second half was even more emphatic for Tigre. B. Armoa (47′) and G. Maroni (48′) scored quickly to increase the difference to 4-0.
