St. Kitts and Nevis Thrashes British Virgin Islands in CONCACAF Nations League
St. Kitts and Nevis utterly dominated British Virgin Islands in the CONCACAF Nations League, securing a resounding 2-0 victory at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex in George Town.
St. Kitts and Nevis’ dominance was evident from the start. Holding 81% of the ball possession, the visiting team created numerous scoring opportunities. T. Williams opened the scoring in the 11th minute, assisted by N. Browne. The constant pressure from St. Kitts and Nevis continued in the second half, and T. Williams scored again in the 64th minute, this time without an assist.
British Virgin Islands attempted to react, but the lack of possession and poor accuracy in attack prevented them from creating any real danger. Despite committing the same number of fouls as their rivals, they only received one yellow card compared to St. Kitts and Nevis’ three.
With this result, St. Kitts and Nevis consolidates their position at the top of their group in League C of the CONCACAF Nations League.
