Sharjah FC defeat Al Wihdat in a thrilling encounter
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – Sharjah FC secured a 4-2 victory over Al Wihdat in a lively AFC Cup group stage match. The match, played at the Khalid Bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah, was marked by a constant exchange of goals and moments of tension.
The match started with an early goal from Paco Alcácer for Sharjah FC in the 9th minute, taking advantage of an assist from Caio. However, Al Wihdat managed to equalize in the 28th minute thanks to a goal from Ousseynou Gueye, who capitalized on a pass from Firas Shelbaieh. Gueye put Al Wihdat back in the lead in the 62nd minute, scoring his second personal goal.

In the final stretch of the match, Sharjah FC dominated the game and scored two more goals to secure the victory. Luanzinho, another player who came on as a substitute, was key in the local team’s offense.
