Samsunspor defeats Istanbul Basaksehir in an exciting match
Samsun – Samsunspor secured a 2-0 victory over Istanbul Basaksehir in a thrilling match held at Samsun Yeni 19 Mayıs Stadyumu. The home side dominated the game, despite Istanbul Basaksehir having slightly more possession.
The match opened in the 65th minute when Marius scored the first goal for Samsunspor, assisted by M. Bola. Samsunspor’s joy was amplified in the 72nd minute with a second goal scored by R. Van Drongelen, assisted by Z. Yavru.
The game was marked by the yellow card shown to Z. Yavru of Samsunspor in the 34th minute, and L. Duarte of Istanbul Basaksehir in the 49th minute.
Despite Istanbul Basaksehir’s efforts, Samsunspor managed to hold onto their lead and took the three points.
