Pohang Steelers beat Shanghai SIPG convincingly
Pohang, South Korea – Pohang Steelers dominated Shanghai SIPG in a vibrant match that ended with a resounding 3-0 victory for the Korean side. The victory was forged thanks to a brilliant performance from Wanderson, who scored the first goal of the match in the 52nd minute, followed by Hong Yoon-Sang in the 65th and finally Han Chan-Hee in the 71st.
The match started with an intense pace and both teams showed their quality. Pohang Steelers had more possession of the ball and created more scoring chances, but the Shanghai SIPG defense held firm in the opening minutes.
