Oriente Petrolero thrashes Aurora in a thrilling match
Montero, Bolivia (September 25, 2024). Oriente Petrolero defeated Aurora by a resounding 5-0 score in a Clausura Tournament Round 16 match of Bolivia’s First Division, held at the Gilberto Parada Stadium.
The match was dominated by the home team from the start, with effective play that allowed them to score four goals in the first half. Striker D. Barreto opened the scoring in the 7th minute, followed by H. Dorrego in the 14th. J. Garcia added the third in the 45th, giving Oriente Petrolero a comfortable lead at halftime.
In the second half, Oriente Petrolero continued to press and found the fourth goal through J. Garcia in the 76th, before finishing the rout with an Aurora own goal in the 90th minute.
