OFK Beograd beats IMT Novi Beograd convincingly in Zaječar
Zaječar, Serbia – OFK Beograd dominated IMT Novi Beograd at Stadion pod Kraljevicom, securing a 5-2 victory in the tenth round of the Serbian Super Liga.
The match started with a dynamic pace, and IMT Novi Beograd opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a goal by M. Do Couto, assisted by N. Glisic. However, OFK Beograd quickly responded.
In the 37th minute, N. Mituljikic equalized for OFK Beograd, after an assist from G. Vlijter. Just seven minutes later, A. Vukicevic put OFK Beograd in the lead with a goal from a pass by N. Knezevic.
The second half began with OFK Beograd clearly intent on extending their advantage, and G. Vlijter scored his first goal in the 58th minute, assisted by E. Annan.
OFK Beograd continued their dominance, and G. Vlijter scored his second goal in the 69th minute to make the score 4-1.
IMT Novi Beograd tried to react with a goal from N. Krstic in the 73rd minute, assisted by N. Glisic. And although Y. Court scored a penalty in the 76th minute, OFK Beograd remained solid in defense, maintaining the final score of 5-2.
