Celtic Defeats Hibernian in a Dominant Performance
Celtic secured a 2-0 victory over Hibernian in a Scottish Premiership match played at Easter Road Stadium. The visiting team completely dominated the encounter, holding 75% possession and registering 19 shots on goal, while Hibernian struggled to create any real threat.
The first goal came in the 3rd minute through N. Kuhn, assisted by J. Forrest. Celtic continued to press and found their second goal in the 19th minute, this time through C. McGregor, who was set up by N. Kuhn.
Hibernian received two yellow cards in the opening minutes of the match, one for J. Campbell in the 6th minute and another for J. Newell in the 8th minute. Celtic also saw a yellow card, this time for L. Scales in the 13th minute.
Despite Hibernian’s attempts to mount a comeback, Celtic maintained control of the match and secured a comfortable win.
