FC Luzern overcomes Lausanne in a thrilling match
Luzern, Switzerland – FC Luzern defeated Lausanne-Sport 3-2 on Saturday in an exciting match played at the swissporarena.
The game started at a frantic pace and Lausanne took the lead early on. In the 8th minute, Ajdini opened the scoring with a powerful shot after an assist from Okou. However, Lausanne couldn’t maintain the lead for long and Sanches equalized the match in the 18th minute with a beautiful goal.
Luzern proved more forceful in the second half and managed to turn the score around. First, Villiger scored a missed penalty in the 23rd minute. Then, Rrudhani scored Luzern’s second goal in the 30th minute after an assist from Klidje.
Lausanne tried to react, but Luzern kept control of the match and finally sealed the game with a goal from Winkler in the 81st minute.
