FC Slutsk Dominates FC Dnepr Mogilev in a 3-2 Thriller
Mogilev, Belarus – FC Slutsk secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory over FC Dnepr Mogilev in a thrilling Premier League match at the Stadyen Spartak on Saturday.
The visitors started strong, with S. Pushnyakov opening the scoring in the 8th minute, assisted by K. Tsepenkov. I. Yurin doubled the lead just four minutes later, again with Tsepenkov providing the assist. Tsepenkov himself joined the scoring party in the 45th minute, assisted by V. Sychev.
FC Dnepr Mogilev fought back with a goal from N. Krasnov in the 47th minute, assisted by C. Dongo. However, their efforts to equalize were hampered by a series of missed opportunities and two yellow cards. They managed to find the back of the net once more in the 90th minute, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the early deficit.
