Universitario dominates Comerciantes Unidos with a convincing victory
Universitario de Deportes secured a resounding 2-0 victory over Comerciantes Unidos in a match played at the Estadio Juan Maldonado Gamarra in Cutervo, as part of the 13th round of the Peruvian Primera División Clausura Tournament.
The first goal came in the 12th minute through H. Calcaterra. In the second half, E. Flores extended the lead in the 54th minute.
Comerciantes Unidos, despite having more possession of the ball, failed to create any real danger in front of goal. Universitario, on the other hand, was more effective in attack and made the most of the chances they created.
