Cercle Brugge beats Molde in a thrilling match
Cercle Brugge achieved an important victory over Molde in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League, thanks to a lone goal by A. K. Ouattara in the 41st minute. The match, played at the Jan Breydelstadion stadium in Bruges, was marked by the expulsion of A. Francis from Cercle Brugge in the 29th minute.
Despite being a man down, the Belgian team took advantage of their opportunities and managed to control the game, creating several scoring chances.
Molde, on the other hand, couldn’t find a way past the opposing goalkeeper and were held back by a strong Cercle Brugge defense. The match was marked by yellow cards, with a total of four cautions, two for each team.
Cercle Brugge qualifies for the next round of the UEFA Europa League and will now face the winner of the match between Aris Limassol and Spartak Trnava.
