Al Riyadh defeats Al-Qadisiyah FC in a thrilling match
Al Riyadh beat Al-Qadisiyah FC 2-1 in a match filled with excitement and goals at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh. The match, corresponding to matchday 6 of the Saudi Pro League, was marked by the dominance of Al-Qadisiyah FC, who controlled possession of the ball for much of the match.
The first goal came in the 24th minute when Lucas Kal opened the scoring for Al Riyadh, after an assist from Toze. Despite the disadvantage, Al-Qadisiyah FC continued to seek an equalizer and had several dangerous chances. However, it was Al Riyadh who extended the lead in the 59th minute with a goal from I. Bayesh, assisted by Y. Barbet.
Al-Qadisiyah FC reacted to the second goal and managed to cut the deficit in the 79th minute thanks to a goal from A. Al Othman, assisted by T. Al Ammar. Despite Al-Qadisiyah FC’s efforts to equalize the score, Al Riyadh maintained their lead and took all three points.
The match was marked by numerous yellow cards, with Toze (Al Riyadh) and N. Nandez (Al-Qadisiyah FC) being cautioned.
