Ujpest Dominates Zalaegerszegi TE in Action-Packed Match
Zalaegerszeg, Hungary – Ujpest prevailed over Zalaegerszegi TE in an exciting NB I match held at the ZTE-Aréna. Despite Zalaegerszegi TE holding a slight advantage in possession (53% compared to Ujpest’s 47%), Ujpest proved to be more decisive in front of the opponent’s goal.
M. Tucic opened the scoring for Ujpest in the 8th minute with a great finish. The lead was extended in the 17th minute thanks to a penalty converted by I. Medeiros. Zalaegerszegi TE reacted before halftime, with A. Skribek also scoring from the penalty spot in the 45th minute. However, a goal by A. Matko for Ujpest was disallowed for offside in the 38th minute.
