Freiburg Dominates Bremen at the Weserstadion
In a match held at the Weserstadion in Bremen, SC Freiburg secured a 3-0 victory over Werder Bremen. The visiting team capitalized on their opportunities, while Bremen struggled to find their rhythm despite dominating possession with 61%.
Freiburg opened the scoring in the 33rd minute with a penalty goal by V. Grifo. Shortly after, the match was interrupted by several yellow cards, including one for J. Beste of Freiburg and another for C. Puertas of Bremen in the first half. The intensity continued in the second half with yellow cards for J. Stage, M. Grull, and F. Agu of Bremen, as well as for L. Kubler of Freiburg.
