Universitario Defeats Sport Boys at the Monumental
In a match held at the Estadio Monumental in Lima, Universitario secured a victory over Sport Boys with a score of 1 to 0. The game, corresponding to the fifth matchday of the Clausura of the Peruvian First Division, saw Universitario with a slight dominance, holding 56% of the ball possession.
Despite the greater possession, Universitario did not fully translate its superiority into an offensive onslaught. “Los cremas” registered 22 shots, 7 of which were on target and 9 off target.
