Universidad de Chile Overwhelms Unión Española in Santiago
Santiago de Chile, August 9, 2025 – In a match held at the Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos, Universidad de Chile showcased their dominance against Unión Española with a resounding victory. The game, valid for the 19th round of the Primera División, was highlighted by the offensive efficiency of the “U”.
Unión Española took an early lead thanks to a penalty converted by P. Aranguiz in the 13th minute. However, Universidad de Chile responded swiftly. J. Altamirano equalized in the 28th minute, assisted by C. Aranguiz. In the second half, the “Blues” dominance intensified. L. Di Yorio scored in the 56th minute, assisted by L.
