Alianza Lima Pulls Off Upset Victory in Quito Against Universidad Católica
In a match held at the Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa in Quito, Alianza Lima surprised Universidad Católica with a final score of 2 to 1 in the CONMEBOL Sudamericana Round of 16. Universidad Católica dominated possession with 71%, but failed to translate their superiority into goals.
