Monaco suffered a defeat against Toulouse in a thrilling match played at the Stadium de Toulouse. The game, corresponding to matchday 25 of the 2024 Ligue 1, ended with a 1-2 score in favor of the home team. Takumi Minamino opened the scoring for Monaco in the 17th minute, assisted by M. Biereth. However, Toulouse managed to turn the game around with a goal from Magri in the 90th minute. The match was marked by tension, with a total of four yellow cards, three for Monaco (Mawissa Elebi, Embolo, and Akliouche) and one for Toulouse (Cresswell). Despite having more shots on target (13 vs 7), Monaco couldn’t avoid the defeat. Possession was fairly even, with a slight advantage for Toulouse (51%).
