Torpedo Zhodino Overpowers Naftan in a Goal-Filled Match
Zhodzina, Belarus – The Stadyen Tarpeda hosted a vibrant Premier League match between Torpedo Zhodino and Naftan, ending in a victory for the home side. From the initial whistle, Torpedo Zhodino demonstrated their superiority, opening the scoring in the 6th minute with a goal by M. Camara, assisted by D. Borodin. The home pressure continued and in the 26th minute, T. Charyyev, assisted by I. Vasilevich, extended the lead.
Naftan didn’t give up and responded with a goal by R. Roziev in the 30th minute, thanks to an assist from M. Kolyadko, reducing the difference on the scoreboard. Just before halftime, in the 45th minute, Roziev scored again, this time assisted by M. Kingu, leveling the game. In the first half, A. Lebedev from Naftan saw a yellow card in the 35th minute.
In the second half, Torpedo Zhodino regained the lead with a goal by V. Klimovich in the 66th minute. Late in the match, K. Glushchenkov sealed the victory with a goal in the 86th minute, assisted by N. Perovic. The match, corresponding to matchday 23 of the Belarusian Premier League 2025 regular season, played on September 25th, ended with a scoreline reflecting Torpedo Zhodino’s effectiveness in attack.
