Toluca Crushes Pachuca at Nemesio Díez
Toluca dominated Pachuca with a resounding 3-1 victory at the Estadio Nemesio Díez in Toluca de Lerdo, in a match corresponding to matchday 13 of the Liga MX Clausura 2024. The match, refereed by Marco Antonio Ortiz Nava, was characterized by the Diablos Rojos’ superiority, controlling possession (51%) and creating more scoring chances (17 shots, 9 on target).
Juan Angulo was the star of the match, scoring two goals (minutes 13 and 38), both assisted by his teammates. These were complemented by a goal from A. Vega (minute 45), who also assisted a goal. Pachuca tried to react with an own goal by P. Lopez (minute 63) and a goal by P. Pedraza (minute 86), but it was not enough to overturn the score.
