Tigre and Defensa Y Justicia Draw in a Heated Match in Victoria
Buenos Aires – In a match played at the Estadio José Dellagiovanna, Tigre and Defensa y Justicia drew in a game that had everything: goals, cards, and plenty of tension. The match, corresponding to matchday 11 of the Argentine Professional League 2025, ended with the score tied at one goal apiece.
Tigre took the lead thanks to a goal by J. Lopez in the 26th minute, assisted by G. Soto. However, Defensa y Justicia responded just before halftime, in the 45th minute, with a goal from L. Gonzalez assisted by A. Soto.
The match was characterized by a physical and contested game, reflected in the large number of cards shown by referee Ariel Penel. Tigre accumulated four yellow cards and one red card, the latter for J. Laso in the 77th minute, while Defensa y Justicia received one yellow card in the final minutes of the match.
