Telstar defeated ADO Den Haag in a thrilling match at the 711 Stadion in Velsen-Zuid. The game, part of the 2024 Eredivisie relegation round, ended in a 2-0 victory for the home side. Telstar, despite having less possession (41%), proved more clinical in front of goal. Y. El Kachati opened the scoring in the 5th minute, and D. Bakker sealed the victory in the 45th minute. Despite ADO Den Haag committing numerous fouls (22), it was Telstar who received a yellow card.
