The Championship match, part of the regular season’s 34th round, saw the home side take control in the first half. Z. Vipotnik opened the scoring in the 39th minute, assisted by J. Tymon. M. Peart-Harris extended the lead just before halftime (45th minute). L. Cullen sealed the victory in the 62nd minute, assisted by M. Peart-Harris.
