Stromsgodset and Brann draw in a thrilling match
The friendly match between Stromsgodset and Brann, played on February 21st, 2025 at a yet-to-be-confirmed location, ended in a 2-2 draw. The game, part of the Club Friendlies 3 round of the 2025 season, was characterized by almost equal possession (50% each).
Stromsgodset took the lead in the 6th minute with a goal from E. Melkersen. Brann responded with two goals, one in the 26th and another in the 43rd minute, to turn the game around. However, Stromsgodset managed to equalize before halftime. The second half was tense, with a total of six yellow cards, four for Stromsgodset and two for Brann. Despite Brann having more shots on target (four compared to one for Stromsgodset), the final result reflected a very tight and balanced match.
