PSG Crushes Stade Briochin in Coupe de France Quarter-Finals
Paris Saint Germain delivered a resounding 8-0 victory over Stade Briochin in the Coupe de France quarter-finals, played at the Roazhon Park in Rennes on February 26th, 2025. PSG dominated possession (74%) and created numerous scoring opportunities (9 shots on target).
J. Neves opened the scoring in the 16th minute. G. Ramos netted twice, one in the 36th minute and a penalty in the 48th. D. Doue added a goal in the 55th minute, and Ramos completed his hat-trick in the 58th. Mayulu scored another in the 66th minute, assisted by Doue, and Dembele capped off the rout in the 85th minute.
Stade Briochin managed only 3 shots, 2 on target, offering little threat to the PSG goal. The disparity in possession and goal-scoring chances highlighted PSG’s complete dominance. The final score was a clear reflection of PSG’s attacking prowess.
