Paris Saint-Germain Thrashes Stade Brestois in Guingamp
Paris Saint-Germain secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Stade Brestois at the Stade du Roudourou in Guingamp, in a UEFA Champions League Knockout Round Play-offs match. The match, officiated by Irfan Peljto from Bosnia and Herzegovina, saw PSG dominate possession with 62%.
Vitinha opened the scoring in the 21st minute with a penalty. Ousmane Dembélé doubled the lead before halftime with a well-taken goal. Following a disallowed goal for D. Doue due to offside, Dembélé scored again in the 66th minute to secure the win. Stade Brestois, with only 38% possession, managed just two shots on target. Both teams received one yellow card each. Despite their efforts, Brest were unable to counter PSG’s dominance.
