Cultural Santa Rosa Stuns Sporting Cristal at Alberto Gallardo
Lima – In a match held at the Alberto Gallardo Stadium, Cultural Santa Rosa delivered a surprise victory over Sporting Cristal. The encounter, valid for Matchday 16 of the Clausura in the Peruvian First Division, was characterized by the high ball possession of the “celeste” team (76%), which generated a total of 34 shots, although only 10 of them were on target. Despite the territorial dominance, Sporting Cristal failed to convert their opportunities.
