Sporting Cristal Overwhelms Ayacucho FC in Decisive Match
Lima, Peru – Sporting Cristal demonstrated their superiority with a resounding victory over Ayacucho FC at the Estadio Alberto Gallardo, in a match corresponding to matchday 12 of the Apertura of the Peruvian First Division. From the start, the celestial team imposed their game, reflected in a 61% ball possession.
The first goal came early, in the 6th minute, with I. Wisdom scoring after an assist from L. Sosa. Sporting Cristal’s offense continued unstoppable, and Felipe Vizeu extended the lead with two goals, one in the 23rd minute and another in the 38th, both assisted by S. Gonzalez.
Despite the yellow card shown to N. Pasquini in the 31st minute, Sporting Cristal maintained control of the match.
