Palmeiras Edges Out Sport Recife in a Tense, Card-Filled Match
Recife, Pernambuco – Palmeiras defeated Sport Recife 2-1 in a hard-fought match at Estádio Adelmar da Costa Carvalho, corresponding to the second round of the 2025 Serie A. The match, officiated by Bruno Arleu de Araujo, was marked by tension and a high number of yellow cards.
