Baltika Dominates Spartak Moscow in a Tense Match
Moscow, Russia – In a match held at the Lukoil Arena, Baltika defeated Spartak Moscow with a convincing victory. The match, officiated by Sergey Karasev, was marked by intensity and discipline, resulting in a flurry of cards. Spartak Moscow suffered an early expulsion of A. Zabolotnyi in the 11th minute, which conditioned their game from the start. Despite the adversity, they managed to maintain the draw until the 49th minute, when V. Saus opened the scoring for Baltika.
Spartak tried to react, but Baltika’s ball possession (65%) and numerical superiority made the task difficult for Spartak (35% possession). The situation became even more complicated for the home team with the expulsion of Marquinhos in the 58th minute, after receiving his second yellow card.
