Goal Fest in Smorgon: FC Isloch Minsk R. Dominates with Wide Margin
Smarhon’ (Smorgon), Belarus – In a match held at the Stadyen Junatstva under the watchful eye of referee Igor Shumilov, FC Isloch Minsk R. demonstrated their superiority over Smorgon in the 13th round of the Belarusian Premier League. The match, corresponding to the 2025 season, saw clear dominance from Isloch, reflected in the final score.
FC Isloch Minsk R. took an early lead with a goal by A. Makarenko in the 23rd minute, assisted by Y. Kravchenko. They would soon extend their lead, as V. Zhuravlev scored in the 29th minute, leaving Smorgon in a difficult position. Despite the efforts of the home team, Isloch maintained control of the match.
The second half continued with the visitors’ dominance. A. Shestyuk added another goal for Isloch in the 76th minute, assisted by M. Kovalevich. To add insult to injury for Smorgon, V. Tonkevich committed an own goal in the 79th minute, further widening the gap.
The match, although rich in goals, also had moments of tension, with three yellow cards shown. V. Maslovskiy and C. Intsoen from Smorgon, as well as V. Zhuravlev from FC Isloch Minsk R., were cautioned.
