Sigma Olomouc Defeats Baník Ostrava in a Hard-Fought Match
Olomouc, Czech Republic – Sigma Olomouc defeated Baník Ostrava at the Andrův stadion in a match of the seventh round of the Czech Liga. The only goal of the match came early, in the 13th minute, thanks to D. Vasulin, who took advantage of a precise assist from J. Navratil to put his team ahead.
The match was hotly contested in midfield, with both teams looking to impose their game. Baník Ostrava slightly dominated possession with 54% compared to Sigma Olomouc’s 46%.
