Kawasaki Frontale Edges Past Shimizu S-pulse in Tense Shizuoka Encounter
Kawasaki Frontale secured a 2-1 victory over Shimizu S-pulse in a thrilling match at the IAI Stadium Nihondaira in Shizuoka on April 12th, 2025, as part of the J1 League’s round 10. The game was characterized by its tension, resulting in seven yellow cards and one red card for Shimizu S-pulse.
Despite a slight possession advantage for Kawasaki Frontale (52%), the match was relatively even in terms of shots on target (4 each).
