Dubai, February 19, 2025 – Shabab Al Ahli Dubai secured a convincing 6-3 victory over Al Wihdat in a thrilling AFC Cup Round of 16 match at the Al-Rashid Stadium in Dubai. The game was a high-scoring affair, featuring numerous yellow cards and chances for both sides.
Sardar Azmoun led the way for the home side, scoring two goals despite missing a penalty. Guilherme and Mateusao also added goals to the victory. For Al Wihdat, Cesar, M. Semreen, and a Planic own goal provided some late consolation goals.
