Paderborn Stages Comeback to Defeat Nürnberg in Thrilling Match
SC Paderborn 07 defeated 1. FC Nürnberg 4-2 in a thrilling match at the Home Deluxe Arena in Paderborn, Germany. The game, part of the 2. Bundesliga’s 13th round, was officiated by Sven Jablonski and featured seven yellow cards and one red card.
Nürnberg took an early lead with a goal from Soares (assisted by Emreli) in the 8th minute, after Grimaldi (assisted by Bilbija) scored for Paderborn in the 6th minute. Tzimas extended Nürnberg’s lead in the 51st minute. However, Paderborn fought back, with Obermair scoring a penalty in the 54th minute and Brackelmann netting a late goal in the 90th minute to secure the victory.
