Mazatlán Stuns Santos Laguna in Torreón
In a match held at the Estadio TSM Corona in Torreón, Mazatlán surprised many by defeating Santos Laguna. Despite Santos Laguna dominating possession with 53%, Mazatlán proved to be more effective in front of the goal.
The match began with Santos Laguna taking the lead thanks to a penalty goal by L. Di Yorio in the 17th minute. However, Mazatlán responded before halftime, equalizing with a goal by F. Almada in the 43rd minute.
