Santa Fe and Deportivo Pasto played an exciting match at the Estadio Nemesio Camacho El Campín in Bogotá, ending in a 1-2 draw. The game, part of the Fourth Round of the Colombian Primera A Clausura 2024 quadrangular phase, was marked by high tension and a large number of yellow cards.
Santa Fe took the lead in the 13th minute with a penalty goal scored by Hugo Rodallega. However, Deportivo Pasto managed to equalize in the final minutes of the match, with two goals from Daniel Moreno, one in the 90th minute and another in added time, assisted by Brayan Carabalí and Jhon Castilla respectively.
The match was very hard-fought, with Deportivo Pasto controlling possession (58%) compared to Santa Fe’s 42%. Although Santa Fe had more shots on target (4 vs 2), Deportivo Pasto’s greater possession and effectiveness in the closing stages favoured the visiting team. Both teams showed an aggressive attitude, reflected in the high number of yellow cards: four for each team. The referee, Luis Delgado, had a busy night controlling the game.
