Sampdoria and Sassuolo played a tense and yellow-card-filled match at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris in Genoa. The game, part of the 27th round of the 2024 Serie B, ended with a scoreline reflecting the evenness of the contest, although Sassuolo enjoyed greater ball possession.
