SV Ried convincingly defeated SV Lafnitz 4-0 in a match played at the Innviertel Arena in Ried Im Innkreis, Austria. The game, part of the 20th round of the Austrian 2. Liga, was officiated by Florian Jager. Possession was evenly split (50% each), but Ried’s clinical finishing proved decisive.
W. Eza opened the scoring in the 20th minute, assisted by P. Pomer, and added another before halftime in the 46th minute with an assist from M. Grosse. F. Wohlmuth scored the 2-0 in the 25th minute. A. van Wyk added a further goal for Ried in the 79th minute, assisted by A. Bajic. SV Lafnitz managed only 5 shots on target, and saw three players receive yellow cards (B. Alili, K. Silvestre, and C. Pichorner). Ried’s superior finishing, with 12 shots (5 on target), secured a comfortable victory.
