Thrilling Bucharest Derby Ends in Dramatic Draw
Bucharest, Romania – A pulsating encounter at the Arena Naţională between FCSB and Rapid ended in a 2-2 draw, leaving fans on the edge of their seats. FCSB took an early lead in the 7th minute thanks to a goal by M. Lixandru, assisted by S. Ngezana. The lead was extended in the second half, in the 61st minute, with a goal from D. Birligea.
However, Rapid demonstrated their resilience in the final minutes of the match. E. Koljic emerged as the key figure, scoring two goals, one in the 83rd minute and another in added time (90th minute), securing a valuable point for his team.
