Red Bull Salzburg defeats Rapid Vienna in a tense Allianz Stadion clash
Red Bull Salzburg secured a victory against Rapid Vienna in a thrilling match at the Allianz Stadion in Vienna, marking the first round of the 2024 Austrian Bundesliga Championship Round. The match, which ended 2-0, was characterized by tension and numerous yellow and red cards issued by referee Alexander Harkam.
Vertessen was the standout performer, scoring both goals for Red Bull Salzburg in the 37th and 48th minutes, assisted by Morgalla and Terzic respectively.
