Philadelphia Union Stages Comeback Victory Over LA Galaxy
Chester, Pennsylvania – The Philadelphia Union mounted a stunning comeback to defeat the Los Angeles Galaxy 3-2 in a thrilling Major League Soccer match at Subaru Park on May 14, 2025. The game, officiated by Fotis Bazakos, saw the Union dominate possession (57%) and outshoot the Galaxy significantly (22 shots, 9 on target).
The Galaxy took an early lead with goals from Mark Cuevas (31′) and Diego Fagundez (37′), capitalizing on limited opportunities. However, the Union responded forcefully in the second half.
