Philadelphia Union Rout DC United in Yellow-Card Filled Match
Chester, Pennsylvania – The Philadelphia Union dominated DC United with a convincing 3-0 victory at Subaru Park in a match corresponding to Matchday 15 of the Major League Soccer regular season. The game, officiated by Rubiel Vazquez, was characterized by a high number of yellow cards and alternating possession.
The Union opened the scoring in the 15th minute with a goal from Jakob Glesnes. In the second half, Daniel Jean Jacques extended the lead for the home team in the 52nd minute, and Bruno Damiani sealed the victory with a goal in the 77th minute.
