Dinamo Bucharest defeats Petrolul Ploiești in a thrilling match
Ploieşti, November 24, 2024 – Dinamo Bucharest emerged victorious against Petrolul Ploiești in a thrilling encounter at the Stadionul Ilie Oană, in the 17th round of the Romanian Liga I. The match, officiated by Horatiu Fesnic, was characterized by intense and competitive play, with Dinamo clearly dominating possession and goal-scoring opportunities.
The only goal of the game came in the 31st minute, scored by A. Selmani, assisted by G. Milanov. Despite Dinamo’s superior possession (56% vs 44%), Petrolul showed resilience, managing 9 shots, 3 on target. Dinamo registered 16 shots, 7 of them on target.
